Minuscule 476

Minuscule 476 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), α 1126 (in the Soden numbering), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 11th century. The manuscript was adapted for liturgical use. It has liturgical books and full marginalia. Scrivener labelled it by number 566. The codex is in the British Library as MS Arundel 524.
==Description==
The codex contains the text of the four Gospels on 218 parchment leaves (size ), with only one lacunae (John 11:18-41). The text is written in one column per page, 27 lines per page.〔
The text is divided according to the κεφαλαια (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin, and the τιτλοι (''titles of chapters'') at the top of the pages. There is also a division according to the Ammonian Sections (in Mark 236 sections, the last section in 16:15), with references to the Eusebian Canons.〔
It contains Epistula ad Carpianum, Eusebian Canon tables, tables of the (''tables of contents'') before each Gospel, lectionary markings at the margin (for liturgical use), liturgical books with hagiographies (Synaxarion and Menologion), and pictures.
